Regression is the path through which we define what made a difference. It is the answer to many questions that torment us by defining what matters and what doesn’t. Looking back to the pathways and moments that led us here is the first step. We must also educate ourselves in a way that we can view our own past as not only a memory, but also as a psychic content that constructs our being. We need to retrieve something important but forgotten.
